Is this time to add stocks ..!!! , Are we missing the opportunity to invest or it’s just a bubble for which we need to wait till it explode.
Sometime I think the way markets are moving during this difficult time for most of business, economy is struggling to revive, as per RBI and IMF Indian economy is expected to shrink atleast 3-4% p.a for FY 20-21.
But many companies stock prices are moving Northward’s they are somewhere above pre-COVID Levels . Are these valuation sustainable? If yes, then Which sector we can start investing or which sector will recover fast from this pandamic
By doing some research and discussing with a lot of business houses (Mostly in Unlisted space) According to them Demand pick up is yet to come , business will take atleast 1 year to come back to pre COVID leaves, that also depends on vaccine success in coming few months. For the time being all debt driven business houses have a relief in their cash flows due to monotorium provided by the RBI . But what will happen to them after monotorium period is over , will their cash flow support to repay or it will end up becoming a NPA
In today’s senario I would like to remind myself with a quote by Warren buffet sir “We simply attempt to be fearful when others are greedy and to be greedy only when others are fearful.”
